Elegant, antique interior doors salvaged from an old home in Northeastern, PA. The doors are made of solid Douglas fir or pine and have 5 raised panels on both sides. All of the doors are painted on both sides.

When most people hear "pine" they think of a cheap, weak, soft   wood. New pine hewn from 10 - 20 year old trees don't have   the same insect-resistant, rot-resistant, or even fire-resistant qualities   that old pine, hewn from trees hundreds of years old  have. Old pine is also   much harder and stronger than young pine.

Hardware: No hardware  included, however, we have a good selection of hardware in our online store, and tons more in our physical store.

Condition: The doors have nicks and scratches, but no broken or cracked joints, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. Otherwise, all of the doors are strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition and most of the blemishes that they have will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks".

Modification: Do you want to make a pair using these 2 doors? Do you want to replace the panels  with glass, screen/mesh, or something else? We could modify the doors to fit your opening or suite your needs. Trim or add to the heights or widths, reverse the swing, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with  a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
