32"x80" Antique Vintage Old Reclaimed Salvaged Interior SOLID Wood Wooden Swinging Door 2 Panels

Elegant, antique door salvaged from an old home in Northeastern PA. The door is made of solid Douglas Fir and has 2 recessed (flat) panels on both sides. The door is stained on both sides.

Hardware: The door is not equipped with any hardware. However, we have a  good selection of  hardware to outfit it (check out our eBay store).

* If you don't plan on using the door as a swinging door and would like the cut-out for the pivot hinge in the bottom corner plugged with solid wood, like  the door in the last 2 photos, email us for a quote.

Condition: The door is strong, sturdy, and in great structural condition. It only has nicks  and scratches, but no broken  or cracked joints, gouges, rot, warp, or any other serious issues. The door has a small break on the top corner of the lock-stile (see 4th photo).
The upper panel of the door is warped (see last photo). Most recessed (flat) panels are made of plywood, which are basically several thin layers of wood glued into a single sheet. Over time, especially if exposed to humidity (bathroom, basement, or kitchen doors), the surface layers of plywood warp and form bubbles. We can cut the bigger bubbles and re-glue them so they become flat--message us for a quote.

Otherwise, most of the blemishes that it has will disappear after sanding, prior to refinishing or repainting, and  whatever remains will be subtle, "character marks".

Modification: We could also modify this door to fit your opening or suite your needs. We could trim or add to the height or width, replace wooden panels with glass, plug the hardware holes, etc. Email us with a small description of what you would like done, and we'll give you a quote.
