Lot Set of 6 Vintage Antique Old 12" Salvaged Reclaimed Art Deco Factory Industrial Green White Porcelain Enamel Steel Metal Lamp Shade Ceiling Light Cover Fixture

Beautiful, vintage, ceiling lights salvaged from a 1947 factory in Northeastern Pennsylvania. They made of steel and are enameled with porcelain on both sides (green on the outside & white on the inside). All 6 have their original, solid porcelain sockets as well as their gray-colored, lamp holders which sit atop the shades.

We are also including the 6 steel pipes/rods that the shades were hung with. Since we are paying for shipping and it would be much easier and make the package significantly lighter to pack the lights without them; if you don't plan on using these pipes, please let us know.

According to the gentleman who we got them from and who removed them, all 6 lights were functional prior to removal. However, all of the wires are incased in fabric rather than rubber like modern wires. They would not pass inspection unless you get them rewired, which is actually pretty simple to do.

Expect nicks and light scratches here and there. There is a noticeable dent/scrape where green porcelain is missing from one of the lights (see the light in the bottom right corner in the first photo). That one is an exception. Although the others have tiny spots or dents where some of the green porcelain is missing, these are tough to spot unless you are looking for flaws. These spots could be touched up with glossy, hunter green paint--that's the shade of green they used back in the day.

The white-painted, inner portion of one of the lights is a bit worn (see photos) and another has some wear too, but it's much less. Looking at the photos, the worn portions look like built-up dirt, however, it doesn't wipe off. Once lit, it will be very difficult to notice this wear. If you you want to restore the inner paint, this could easily be done with some glossy, white paint.
