Exquisite, vintage, dining chairs salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. Each is made of solid oak wood and retains its original stain and finish. They were made by, "Pennsylvania House Co," about 40-60 years ago.

They have elegant, arched backrests and saddle seats. Their backrests have 4 round, vertical spindles; an elegant, carved panel in the middle; and 2 additional, angled, round spindles to provide extra support (brace) to the back rest.

The chairs' finish is still in great shape. Chair#2 & 3 have a few paint stains on the backrest as well on the front of the seat (see 1st photo, middle and right chairs.)

All 3 chairs are in great structural condition, but do have small nicks and light scratches here and there--typical wear for chairs this old. However, there are no serious flaws like breaks, gouges, rot, or warp. Our carpenter inspected each chair and didn't need to repair, tighten, or reinforce anything! The chairs are ready for another lifetime of service!
