Adorable, vintage stool salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. It's made of solid maple and is has a dark stain. The top is round and has 4, circular legs.

The piece was hand made as a birthday gift to a relative (niece or nephew). There are hand-painted, yellow text indicating the birthday (April 26th, 1990) and who the gift was from. 

Considering the stool is 35 years old and looks to have been used quite a bit, it's in great shape. Expect nicks and scratches. The finish on the top is a bit worn and there is a streak of white paint at the bottom of one of the legs (see photos). 

Our carpenter inspected the piece and said that the legs are tight, and there are no weak spots what-so-ever. This stool is strong, sturdy, and ready for another lifetime of service!

It could be used indoors and outdoors. It could be used as a stool for gardening or milking your cow, or even as a plant stand.
