Vintage Antique Old SOLID Maple Wood Wooden Side Dining Accent Desk Sewing Chair Curved Kidney Bean Shape Seat

Elegant, solid wood, vintage side chair salvaged from Northeastern PA. It is made of solid maple and is stained and finished (unpainted). All 4 legs, the 3 stretchers that connect them, and the 7 spindles in the backrest are all turned (round carvings). The seat and top of the back rest are curved.

Our carpenter inspected the chair from top to bottom, and didn't need to glue or reinforce anything as the chair is strong and sturdy.

Considering that the chair is 60 - 80 years old, it is in great condition with only the typical nicks and scratches that you would expect to find on an old, used chair. There are no breaks, gouges, rot, or warp.  Even the finish is great shape. The chair is ready for another lifetime of service.
