Lovely, solid wood, upholstered chair salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. The chair is made of solid Mahogany wood and has a dark-stained finish. The chair has thick, fluffy, upholstered, yellow fabric. It is very well-built and is quite heavy.

Our carpenter inspected the chair from top to bottom, and didn't need to make any repairs or tighten anything as the chair is strong and sturdy. He said that, "it's built like a rock," and "looks like it was used more for decoration than sitting" because of it's amazing condition.

The only flaw on the entire chair is a water stain on the webbing underneath the seat (see last photo).

Expect nicks and light scratches, but no breaks, cracks, gouges, rot, or warp. This chair is ready for another lifetime of service.
